  I have only had it for a few weeks although it seem's nicer than more costly store cover's which are noisy and seem to desinigrate in about a year. After washing it a couple times I will most likely buy another one for back-up.

  Got this matress pad for tempur pedic matress. Pockets are deep enough but it is tight across width and length. Have to pull tight on corners to get it to fit. If it wasn't on this particular matress might me noisy when roll over. No hot spots to complain about

  It is very comfortable to sleep on. I have two grandchildren and wanted to make sure my beds were protected. No one has had accidents so I can't attest to it's waterproof reliability as of yet. However I do like the fact that it doesn't feel like a waterproof pad.

  • You can use a heating pad, although I would not recommend using it extensively or continuously long term exposure to high heat can cause the product to degrade more quickly.

  • No, this is not the same product. It is a 4 layer breathable mattress pad, not a terry cloth mattress cover. It is not noisy because it utilizes a urethane waterproof barrier rather than a loud, vinyl one.

  • Yes, the urethane layer is included in the padding of the mattress pad. The urethane layer will offer the same protection as a vinyl layer and it will be able to last longer.
