This heavy-duty 6 or 8 gauge institutional quality cot vinyl cover is extremely durable and fits snugly on a standard, 7 inch depth cot mattress. The seams have been electronically welded together to protect against moisture leaks, bedbugs, dust mites, allergens, mildew, and mold. The cot vinyl mattress cover can be easily wiped clean with a damp cloth and can withstand even the most rugged conditions. The 8 gauge covers are dark green and the 6 gauge covers are clear/white and vary in opacity. If color is important, call us before ordering.

  • can the same mattress cover be used on the box spring or will I have to use a different type of cover?
  • The same kind of mattress cover (that is a zippered vinyl mattress protector) can be used on the box spring, but be sure you have the correct depth for the box spring and mattress, as they may differ slightly.

  • I have a denver mattress that is extra deep "12 deep. will this fit? and what is cot vinynl? and finally will this fit a queen size futon mattress?
  • A cot vinyl refers to a vinyl which fits a small, cot size mattress. You can find the dimensions of this size vinyl under the product description. Our cot size vinyls are vinyls for mattresses smaller than twin size mattresses.

  • The higher the number, the thicker the vinyl. The 8 gauge is the thickest vinyl we carry.

  • Do you sell an 8 gauge, zippered mattress cover for a queen size mattress that is 8 inches thick? The 6 gauge products do not last and aren't worth the money.

  • What are the dimensions of the extra heavy duty vinyl cot zippered matress cover? what color is it? I need a waterproof cover to fit a 75X38X6" bunk bed mattress.
  • The 8 gauge zippered mattress cover measures 30x75x4 inches and comes in a dark green color. You could purchase the 39x75x9 inch cover and tuck any excess material under the mattress to keep it out of the way. This cover would be 6 gauge not 8 gauge and it would be an ivory/white color.
