Perfect for the avid traveler, this cover will protect you and your loved ones from potential exposure to a bed bug infestation. It works by fully encasing your mattress, trapping any bed bugs and/or dust mites in, while keeping any new ones out! Once a mattress is infected, solving the bed bug problem can be very tricky, but it doesn't have to be if you use an AllerZip® Bed Encasement. Since it is incredibly difficult to treat a mattress once it has been infected, the most common solution is to dispose of the entire mattress – but this doesn't have to be the case! Using the Patented BugLock® and Secure Seatl® System, this AllerZip® Bed Encasement traps the bed bugs, saving you your mattress and your health. Fitting completely around your mattress, the encasement zips shut to trap the pests inside, and keep any new ones from entering. Once fully zipped, the zipper attaches to a zipper hook to keep it in place so you don't have to worry about it coming undone and slowly opening.

Certified by Entomology Laboratories, the BugLock® seal is bed bug bite, entry, and escape proof meaning you can once again sleep soundly without fear of bed bug bites. Not only does this encasement protect against bed bugs, but the AllerZip® Bed Bug Encasement also shields your mattress from unwanted moisture and allergens to give you a more healthy sleeping area. This shield is made possible by the breathable Miracle Membrane®, a waterproof barrier that permits your body's heat to pass through, in order to make it more comfortable to sleep on than other vinyl or rubber based encasements.

This is a King sized bed encasement that will fit your mattress with a depth of 9, 12, 15, or 18 inches. If your bed does not have one of these depths, choose the larger size to make sure the encasement will fit your mattress. If there is any excess encasement after it has been applied to your mattress, simply tuck it underneath the mattress and you'll still be covered!

Comments:

If you are using this cover to treat a bedbug infestation, it is not recommended that you remove it for at least one year, due to the risk of bed bugs escaping. For cleaning purposes, it is recommended that you use a waterproof mattress pad, such as the Simmons Beautyrest Breathable Mattress Pad that has a very soft cotton terry sleeping surface. The pad goes over the encasement, is easy to clean, and still provides great moisture protection.

LAUNDERING INSTRUCTIONS:

Please wash and tumble dry the Encasement before using it the first time as this softens the product, improves the flexibility and eliminates any packaging odors.

Washing :

• Please do NOT use any bleach, bleach alternatives, non-chlorine bleach or any bleach by-products in the detergent, as this will destroy the polyurethane lining.
• The Encasement can be washed in hot water.
• Do NOT dry clean.

Drying :

• Dry together with some other bed linen or towels. The Encasement can be tumble dried on a medium heat for about 40 minutes (longer if needed - depending on your dryer)
• Careful drying will prevent blistering of the lining. If blisters do form from overheating of the dryer, please discontinue using the Encasement, as these blisters will split open and lead to the Encasement leaking.
