Ideal for those with back pain and prone to develop bed sores, the Medline Gel Foam Overlay is available in two styles: Standard and Premium.

Standard Gel Foam Overlay - This gel foam overlay features horizontal chambers that encapsulate gel with foam beads to conform to the user's body. The foam top layer offers comfort and support for those in need of pressure redistribution. This mattress overlay comes with a nylon, waterproof top cover and a skid-resistant, vinyl bottom cover. Four elastic bands secure the corners of the overlay to the mattress. The Standard Gel Foam Overlay measures 34" x 76" x 3" and supports up to 300 lbs.
